We process your data to safeguard our legitimate interests (Article 6 Paragraph 1 f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest here is to provide you our services and to run our website without any errors.

We also process your data to fulfil legal obligations (Article 6 Paragraph 1 c) GDPR). These legal obligations are e.g. Retention and documentation obligations. 

We store your data as long as it is necessary for contractual and legal obligations. If data processing is no longer necessary, we will delete your data. We will not delete it if the - temporary - data processing is still required. In this case, we process your data to a limited extent. This can be the case for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilment of commercial and tax retention obligations. The retention periods for storage and documentation specified by law are two to ten years.

Processing that took place before your revocation is not affected.
